This policy applies to zambranosproduce.com and the Zambrano’s Produce website hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Zambrano’s Produce LLC operates this website. It explains how information is handled when you browse the site or send us an inquiry.
Information collected
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. Business name, business location, and phone number are optional. We also receive any other information you choose to include. Hosting and service providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser details, request times, and pages requested. ChatGPT Sites provides visitor and page-view statistics. Please do not submit card numbers, bank details, passwords, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information through this form.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to answer questions, discuss produce needs, and follow up with you. Technical information supports website delivery, security, spam prevention, and understanding website traffic. The contact form is not a newsletter subscription, and submitting it does not confirm an order. We do not use contact-form submissions for sale to data brokers or targeted advertising.
Service providers and external links
Formspree processes and stores form submissions and delivers notifications to our email account. OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites hosts the website and supplies traffic statistics. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and the form library from the unpkg content delivery service; those requests can disclose technical connection information to their providers. Information may also be handled by email providers and disclosed when legally required. Our Customer Portal opens Zoho Books, where invoices and payments are handled separately. Google Maps opens only when you select Get directions. External services have their own privacy practices, which may include collection across websites; this policy does not govern those services.
Cookies, browser storage, and tracking
Our website code uses local storage to remember your English or Spanish language preference. It does not install advertising pixels or third-party behavioral analytics scripts. Hosting and form services may use cookies or similar technologies for their own functions. You can clear cookies and site storage in your browser, which also clears the saved language preference and may affect third-party features. Our website code does not change its behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal. This statement does not waive any rights you may have under applicable law. The FAQ assistant answers in your browser using website information. Chat text is not sent to an AI service or our team and is not saved when you reload or leave the page.
